Order Process
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps: you must add any the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout; if you are a new customer, you must then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale; you will be transferred to our secure worldpay site we will then send you an initial acknowledgment; and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.

Prices and Payments
Prices are shown on the website and are subject to change at anytime without notice. However changes that have taken place will not affect any contracts already in force.
Prices on the website include all taxes (where applicable)
All purchases must be made using our online secure payment service.
Delivery charges for postage and packaging are applicable this will be shown at checkout.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days (UK) if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact you to inform you.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days (UK) from the date of the purchase. Only accepted in the state that you received. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. Write a detailed note, on your invoice explaining your return preference (refund or exchange). Once we receive your package we will make the necessary corrections and your package will be sent back to you that day. It will take anywhere from 5-7 business days for you to receive it.
